Questions

Do you only create portraits of cats and dogs?

Not at all! We create portraits for all types of animals, from cats and dogs to birds, reptiles, horses, and even exotic pets. Whatever animal you have in mind, we’re ready to capture their unique charm in a custom portrait!

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

Absolutely! We can feature up to three pets in a single artwork—just choose our three-pet portrait option here.

What makes a good photo?

If you've followed our photo guidelines, your photo is likely perfect for use! Here’s what we recommend:

 

Angle: They don’t need to look at the camera, but a close-up helps us capture their unique features.

Quality: Make sure the image isn’t blurry and that no features (like ears) are out of frame, as we can’t add them in.

Lighting: Daylight is best—preferably outdoors.

Color Accuracy: Ensure the fur color appears natural, as poor lighting can affect the final design.

Eye Level: Try to take the photo at your pet’s eye level.

 

Our team reviews every photo once your order is placed. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you promptly via email. Should we need a new photo, it may add a few days to your delivery.

 

If you choose not to provide a new photo after we’ve advised it, please note that we cannot issue a refund. High-quality photos are key to the results shown on our website!

Do you offer refunds?

Since each order is custom-designed specifically for you and your pet, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out, and we’ll make it right.

 

Keep in mind, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions, so you can ensure you're completely satisfied with your design before it’s printed!

What if I don't like the artwork?

Our goal is to make sure you're thrilled with your artwork!

 

Once your portrait is complete, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll have 3 days to request any changes or give us the go-ahead for printing. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we’ll consider the design approved and proceed with the print.

 

We’re happy to offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost, so you can be confident that you’ll love your final portrait.

Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

Absolutely! All customers receive a preview of their artwork and can request any adjustments before printing. We’ll notify you by email as soon as your preview is ready.
